Dr. Prabodha Kumar Meher recently attended the 49th Annual Meeting of the European Radiation Research Society (ERRS 2025) in Brussels, Belgium. This memorable trip gave me the opportunity to present my research on the interaction of ionizing radiation and cigarette smoke, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and reconnect with mentors and collaborators. I also had the chance to meet new colleagues, including researchers from India and Europe, and to explore the historic city of Brussels along with a visit to Ghent. The meeting was both scientifically rewarding and personally enriching, leaving me inspired to continue building on these collaborations.

A Memorable Experience at ICRR-HHE 2024 meeting in Patna
I recently had the opportunity to attend the 3rd International Conference on Radiation Research: Human Health and Environment (ICRR-HHE 2024) from November 22-24, 2024, at AIIMS Patna, along with the 4th Biennial Meeting of the Society for Radiation Research on November 23, 2024. This was a special experience for me, as I had missed the 3rd Biennial Meeting of SRR and the 5th Asian Congress of Radiation Research in 2022 at BARC Mumbai.
